Dear Friends

As you are aware, our monthly Monday meditations are run over three terms, amounting to 10 sessions during the year with the technical support of our Zoom admin team. Usually, we ask for volunteers to take these meditations, and our companion, Marybeth, is now coordinating a rota in advance for this year. Knowing who will take the meditation ahead of time is very helpful for administration purposes.

In this respect, if you feel you would like to take a meditation, even if you are not yet sure you can commit, please send an email to Marybeth, at marybethhaas@ymail.com who will be compiling the list of interested members and coordinating this rota before the start of each term

The process: each date will require one meditation volunteer, and Marybeth will also compile a small list of volunteers who are willing to step in last minute should the need arise, so please let her know by email if you are willing to be an emergency cover volunteer. It is anticipated that meditation volunteers will lead one or two meditations throughout the year depending on how many volunteers come forward. All volunteers will be asked to confirm the assigned dates (see below) once the Rota has been collated. 

This is an opportunity to engage with your Kabbalah practice, and the group, in a new and potentially deeper way even though it may initially feel a little daunting. Those who attend the meditations are very open, supportive, and keen to experience different kabbalistic perspectives.
