The general format of the day:
Arrival & coffee: 10.00 am – 10.30 am
First Session: 10.30 am – 11.45 am
Break: 11.45 am – 12.15 pm
Second Session (Meditation): 12.15 pm – 1.30 pm
Lunch: 1.30 pm – 3.00 pm
Third Session: 3.00 pm – 4.00 pm
Purse on the day to cover expenses (thank you): £4
Annual Summer BBQ
Saturday, 6th July @ 5pm
All are welcome, and please bring a nice sunny day! This year, a contribution of £12 would be much appreciated, and if anyone has a favourite dish to bring, that adds to the variety and enjoyment. Please let us know if you intend to join us.
