Group meetings will be held in the study at Greencroft. We welcome anyone who can come and look forward to the kitchen table being surrounded by companions. For all events, including our year-end BBQ, please contact Joanna at info@pathofintegration.org if you are coming so the kitchen can cater for you. Thank you.

The general format of the day
Arrival & coffee: 10.00 am
First Session: 10.30 am – 11.45 am
Break: 11.45 am
Second Session (Meditation): 12.15 pm – 1.30 pm
Lunch: 1.30 pm
Third Session: 3.00 pm – 4.00 pm
The purse on the day to cover meeting expenses is £5 (thank you).
