Contemplation.

During the first session of the day, we share our observations of the monthly exercise, provided as a focus for contemplation. The diagrams of the Tree of Life and Jacob’s Ladder are used as a guide to provide deeper insights into our experiences.

After a short break, we resume our afternoon session with a guided meditation – a devotional practice that allows access into our unconscious mind and emotions as we ascend the levels of Jacob’s Ladder.

Members Access to Zoom Links for all Meetings

1. Log in with your password.
2. From the menu bar go to Members Area > Resources > Important Notifications.
3. Click on ‘Zoom Links’ to access the relevant meeting – the passcode may be required. (For convenience, the pdf can be downloaded onto your desktop.)

Please do not share the Zoom link with others. For security purposes, this link is only available to people who have registered for Group Membership. Access will be denied to non-members.
