CONTEMPLATIONS.

During the first session of the day, we share our observations of the monthly exercise, given as a focus for contemplation.

The diagrams of the Tree of Life and Jacob’s Ladder are used as a guide to provide deeper insights into our experiences.

After a short break, we resume the second session with a guided meditation – a devotional practice that allows access to our unconscious mind and emotions as we ascend the levels of Jacob’s Ladder.

2. Go to Resources – either from the Menu bar or scroll down the Home page to Important Notifications & Zoom Links
3. Click on Important Notifications
4. Click on Zoom Links
5. Click on the relevant Zoom link to access the waiting room – the Passcode may be required. (For your convenience, the PDF can be downloaded onto your computer desktop.

Please do not share the Zoom link with others. For security purposes, this link is only available to people who have registered for Group Membership. Access will be denied to non-members.
