DESCRIPTION:Members Only.  \nContemplation (10.30 am – door opens 10.15 am) \nDuring our first session\, we will share our observations of the monthly exercise\, provided as a focus for contemplation. \nThe diagrams of the Tree of Life and Jacob’s Ladder are used as a guide to provide deeper insights into our experiences. \nBreak: 11.45 am – 12.15 pm \nMeditation (12.15 pm – a New Zoom Link is required) \nWe will resume our second session with a guided meditation: a devotional practice allowing access to our unconscious mind as we ascend the levels of Jacob’s Ladder. \n  \nMembers’ Access to Zoom Links for all Meetings \n\nLog in with your password.\nNavigate from the Main Menu bar to Members’ Area > Resources > Group Meetings\nClick on the ‘Zoom Link’ lightbox and the required link to access the meeting – the passcode may be required.\n\nPlease do not share the Zoom link with others.
